Avdullah Hoti, head of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) parliamentary group, said that if any country should not be allowed to have an army, this should be Serbia. He said there is “world-wide knowledge” of how Serbian army was responsible for ethnic cleansing and genocide in Kosovo, Bosnia and elsewhere. “Kosovo army will guarantee and generate peace and aspires to join NATO peacekeeping missions across the world,” Hoti wrote.
