Klan Kosova and Insajderi report that Nazif Mehmeti, former Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) commander, has been the most recent person to be called for interview by the Specialist Chambers. Mehmeti’s attorney confirmed his client was called to appear over three dates in January of next year at the offices of the Specialist Chambers in The Hague but that he was not informed at what capacity he was called. Mehmeti, along with Rrustem Mustafa-Remi and Latif Gashi, was previously convicted on war crimes charges as part of the so-called Llap Group.
