The news website reports that EU Foreign Policy chief Federica Mogherini has “engaged in a war with Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj”. In a letter she sent to Haradinaj, Mogherini made it clear that she finds the role of President Hashim Thaci as the only real framework in the process of dialogue. Asked to comment on the issue, a spokeswoman for the Kosovo government, told the news website: “the Kosovo Government is in regular touch with the European Union. We are committed to the dialogue. Based on its competencies, the government is engaged with all its capacities to a constructive dialogue and at the same time respects and supports the President in the process, based on his constitutional competencies”.
