Avdullah Hoti, caucus of the parliamentary group of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), said only a government which has civic legitimacy can lead the dialogue with Serbia.
“Only the government of the Republic of Kosovo with legitimacy of the citizens can lead Kosovo in the dialogue with Serbia. This process cannot be led by quasi- dialoguing teams. The letter of the three senior EU officials sent to the government of Kosovo, should be understood clearly by the quasi-dialoguing team,” Hoti wrote on his Facebook account.
