Syle Hoxha, a prosecutor with the Kosovo Special Prosecution, told the news website today that Serbian authorities have not sent new information to Pristina about investigations into the assassination of Kosovo Serb politician Oliver Ivanovic. Hoxha’s remarks follow a statement by Serbian Minister of Justice, who told media that they sent to Pristina another report with testimonies of people about the case. Hoxha, who is working on the case, was quoted as saying, “We welcome any information from Serbian authorities on this matter. But we haven’t received sufficient information about the investigations. A month ago, we asked the Serbian prosecution to interview the wife of Oliver Ivanovic. They interviewed her and sent us a report with her answers. We sent them the questions. But from her answers we didn’t get any additional information”. Hoxha also said they asked for data from Oliver Ivanovic’s phone. “Serbian authorities never gave us these data. We don’t have access to the data because there is Serbian mobile operator in the northern part of Mitrovica,” he added.
