Kosovo Assembly Deputy Speaker, Xhavit Haliti said that those whose names were mentioned in the Dick Marty’s report could be invited to appear before the Specialist Court, if there are evidences, BETA news agency reported.
Haliti made these remarks for KTV, adding he expects the Specialist Court would invite all persons mentioned in the Swiss Senator Dick Marty’s report, adopted by the Council of Europe, if there are evidences.
Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, Assembly Speaker Kadri Veseli, former KLA commanders Azem Sula, Fatmir Limaj, Xhavit Haliti, Ramush Haradinaj and others are in the centre of this report and war crimes allegations.
Former commanders of Drenica and Lap operational zones, Sami Lushtaki and Rustem Mustafa-Remi, former KLA headquarters commander Sulejman Selimi, KLA military court president Sokol Dobruna and four lower ranking KLA members are expected to appear before the court next week.
