Party for Democratic Action (PVD) in Presevo, has issued a press release which notes that on the verge of the final phase of the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, which should result with a legally binding agreement for the parties and guarantee Kosovo’s seat at the UN, hope for inclusion of the Presevo Valley as part of the final dialogue has increased. “This engagement of Kosovo institutions, especially of the President of Kosovo and Kosovo’s state delegation is representing a new chapter of international refocus on the Presevo Valley issue,” is written in a press release of this political party, which further criticizes the government in Belgrade for lacking readiness to resolve their problems and for considering Albanians as an unwanted element.

According to the press relase, lack of the required solutions for many political processes that Albanians participated in (2001, 2009, 2013) transformed Presevo Valley into a real ghetto, a place without perspective, and it is forcing the population, especially the youth to move, harming seriously the national grounds in this region.

“Eventual agreement between the two states would not be complete if a right answer on the position of the Albanians in Presevo Valley is not given,” stresses the press release signed by the PVD leader, Shaip Kamberi.
