Level of NATO’s engagement with the Kosovo Security Force is expected to be discussed at the summit of the Alliance’s ministers of defence underway in Brussels. Speaking to reporters, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told KTV that the discussion will also focus on Kosovo’s decision to impose import tariff on Serbia. “Some NATO allies are disappointed with the decision on tax. We also call for respect of the Brussels Agreement and it is clear that local security forces cannot enter the north without KFOR Commander’s permission,” Stoltenberg said. He added that NATO’s mandate in Kosovo will not change and will provide security for all people of Kosovo.
