Kosovo’s Deputy Prime Minister Behgjet Pacolli took part today at the meeting the U.S. officials from the National Security Council had with Kosovo negotiating team and said afterwards that Kosovo always won when it heeded U.S. advice. “In our journey as a country, close partnership with the U.S. is vital and as such is unbreakable. The decision on tax was stately, right and legitimate. Our position will be unified in close coordination with American allies. Kosovo was always triumphant when it had heeded American advice,” Pacolli wrote on Facebook.
