Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) deputy leader, Pal Lekaj, commented today on a statement by PDK senior member Xhavit Haliti who said that if it is in Kosovo’s interest the PDK could take the country to new elections in two days. Lekaj said: “there is no room for threats within the ruling coalition. Elections should not be used as a threat because they are a democratic process and the Haradinaj government with its decisions so far has proved to be the right government for Kosovo. Therefore, the AAK is ready to go to elections right away”.
