Gani Geci, former MP of the Democratic League of Dardania (LDD), who is wanted for the killing of KLA war veteran Ruzhdi Shaqiri, is reportedly negotiating the terms of his surrender with EULEX. The paper reports that EULEX is in direct talks with Geci, who is believed to be outside Kosovo.
