Belgrade and Pristina agree to continue high level meetings (media)
Serbian PM Aleksandar Vučić said late on Tuesday that Belgrade and Pristina agreed to hold a series of high level meetings within the Brussles dialogue.
He made the statement after the meeting held in Brussels, attended and by the Serbian President Tomislav Nikolić, and Kosovo's President and Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi and Isa Mustafa, with the mediation of EU high representative Federica Mogherini.
Vucic also said that the negotiations were "exceptionally difficult" and that "certain things have been achieved" through a conversation "about things on which the positions are exceptionally opposed."
He said that both sides have agreed to continue the dialogue, a series of high level dialogues, in the coming period. He added that agreement was that either sides should lower tensions and try to behave responsibly, and either not talk about it or talk in a more serious way, and not saying anything bad about the other side.
Vucic then said that "when it comes to Belgrade" he would "personally ask each minister and state official to behave that way," and added that he "believes Belgrade would keep its word."
