It became more certain that Paris meeting will not happen, claims Vucic (Serbian media)

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic emphasized today that the head of the KiM Office, Marko Djuric, was in Berlin at a preparatory meeting for a possible summit in Paris, and that it is even more certain now that the summit will not happen, reported Serbian media.

- I sent Marko Djuric to that meeting personally - Vucic told reporters and pointed out that there were no secrets, except that the hosts agreed on the content of the conversation.

- After that meeting, where it was agreed with the hosts not to talk about what was said, I said there would not be meeting in Paris - Vucic reminded of his earlier statement.

Vucic says he told Djuric to say that Serbia wants to be constructive, that it wants a dialogue, and that the only important thing is to abolish the tax.

- It did not occur to the Albanians to abolish the tax, so there is no result from that meeting - said the president of Serbia.

- But I think that the Germans and the French now have a good understanding who is the one who does not want a dialogue, who is hindering it, and who would like to see someone else address this issue instead of Europe. I'm not saying that someone else should not be asked, but they only want that the other to be asked, said Vucic.
