The Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) has approved the request by the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) to annul results of runoff mayoral elections in the municipality of Istog. Head of ECAP, Mule Desku, confirmed the decision and said that the Central Election Commission is now tasked to organise a revote in the municipality. At the same time, ECAP has rejected allegations by the Serbian List of manipulation in the mailed ballots in the municipality of Kllokot.
