Kosovo Minister of Communities and Returns Dalibor Jevtic said that the Community / Association of Serbian Municipalities (ZSO) is not aimed against Albanians.  Jevtic said that the ZSO is mechanism that will also help improvement of the life of Albanians, especially those living in the areas which will become a part of the ZSO. "The ZSO will enable investments and in economic terms will improve the lives of all citizens that will be part of the ZSO. There is no reason for concern, "said Jevtic.

He said that current atmosphere in Kosovo is such that small number of people support the ideas of ​​ opposition party Self-determination. Still, he said, it is not pleasant to hear that some people are calling for war, conflict and hatred. We, representatives of Serbs from Kosovo, can only reply to them calling for a peace and reconciliation, because we think that there was enough war in this region, stated Jevtic.
