Serbs living in Kosovo and Metohija have full trust in Serbia's top officials and believe that the decisions reached in the course of the Brussels dialogue will be in their interest, Minister for Communities and Return in the Kosovo government,Dalibor Jevtic, said on Wednesday.

The latest information from Brussels raises concerns, Jevtic told reporters in Klokot near Gnjilane/Gjilan referring to the news that the draft negotiation platform on Kosovo states that the progress in EU talks is contingent on the agreements in the EU-mediated dialogue with Pristina.

Jevtic notes that the Serbian Government has engaged Kosovo Serbs in all procedures, and consults them in every decision-making process. “This gives us the right to believe that the decisions reached in the dialogue on the normalization of relations with Pristina are in our interest,” Jevtic concluded.
