There is a realistic possibility that Serb-majority municipality of Klokot-Vrbovac/Kllokot-Verbovc in Kosovo becomes Albanian-majority municipality because Serbs are selling their properties to Albanians, warned the Mayor of municipality Srecko Spasic.

Residents say that municipality Klokot-Vrbovac that encompasses villages Klokot, Grnčar, Mogila and Vrbovac is small municipality but faced with big problems. Besides unemployment, poor neighborly relations and selling of properties, another one is illegal construction, like in other parts of Kosovo.
