The judge for preliminary proceedings of the Department for War Crimes of the Higher Court in Belgrade has brought a decision on earlier decision of the court of 2011, and that it stays in force and whereby defendant Hilmi Kelmendi remains in custody.

As stated, there are still circumstances indicating a danger of flight.
