The Association of Kosovo Montenegrins considers the decision of the Central Election Commission of Kosovo unlawful, which stipulates that only voters with Kosovo documents can participate in the elections, reports RTK2 quoting the Association announcement.

''Revoking the right to vote to citizens on the electoral roll is the gravest violation of human rights and precisely the electoral law of Kosovo, namely Article 90 of the Election Law and Article 16 of Election Rule 09/2013. This discriminatory act affected 20,000 Montenegrins living on the northern Kosovo and displaced persons," the association's president said in a statement.
