Army of Serbia Chief of Staff, general Milan Mojsilovic told KFOR Commander Lorenzo D’Addario that KFOR is the only legitimate armed formation in Kosovo, reported Serbian media.
KFOR is the most responsible for the safety of the people in the entire territory of Kosovo, especially of the non-Albanian population in the north, General Mojsilovic told General D’Addario.
According to the statement of the Serbian Defense Ministry, General Mojsilovic recalled the agreement that ended the 1999 NATO bombing did not recognize any other forces except Serbian security forces and KFOR.
The lack of respect for procedure of action by the signatories of this agreement has a negative effect on the overall security situation in Kosovo, which contributes to the people’s feeling of insecurity, General Mojsilovic stated.
