Civic Initiative Freedom, Democracy, Justice (GI SDP) in a press release urged leaders of the parties that have won elections in Kosovo and said their priority would be to fight crime and corruption, to fulfill that promise and uncover and prosecute those who have ordered and carried out the assassination of Oliver Ivanovic, Radio kontakt plus reported.
CI SDP also recalled that 21 months have passed since the leader of the party Oliver Ivanovic was murdered, and yet there are no concrete results of the investigation, and the killers have not been identified and arrested.
“Twenty-one months have passed since the murder of the leader of CI SDP Oliver Ivanovic, and justice is still being sought as they are still looking to uncover and process the assassin. The investigative bodies give sporadic statements, and citizens are getting the impression that their statements are being used only for individual political actions,” CI SDP said in a statement.
