Kosovo Government has rejected the possibility of the north of Kosovo receiving a special status during “the crucial weeks of the dialogue”, a description given by the EU High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Catherine Ashton for the meetings of Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi and Prime Minister of Serbia Ivica Dacic.
