Dalibor Jevtic said during a meeting with the rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe Agustin Conde that usurped property in Kosovo hinders the process of return.
Jevtic said at the meeting that the resolution of this problem was sought in an award of a special court unit that would deal with the issue. He also said that in addition to this problem also existed the problem of security in some parts of Kosovo. Jevtic assessed security as somewhat better and said that it would be good to stay that way.
Minister of Administration and Local Self-government Ljubomir Maric at the meeting informed Conde about the formation of Community/Association of Serbian municipalities (ZSO). Maric on the occasion said that the ZSO would be “a guarantee of a better life.”
Maric also talked about the municipalities in northern Kosovo and urged greater investment in these municipalities because “the economy is the key to success.”
Ministers Jevtic and Maric have emphasized during the meeting that cooperation and support of the international community is very important in all these segments.
