Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said at the meeting of the government that he is travelling to the EU-Western Balkans summit in Sofia tomorrow together with President Hashim Thaci and Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli. “The first part has a clearly defined agenda for Behgjet and me. Those of us that are going I believe will duly represent Kosovo,” Haradinaj said.
