Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said he is not an enemy to Albanians and that he understands the statement Kosovo Assembly Speaker Kadri Veseli made about him earlier, B92 reports.
“For the sake of Albanians, I want to say that I am not an enemy to them, on the contrary, I am an enemy to everyone who wishes to expel and kill the Serb people. Therefore, I understand the statement of Kadri Veseli,” Vucic told Prva TV.
Vucic also noted he would “need to take care while abroad about how any Albanian could react or jeopardize someone’s safety,” however, he would continue to protect the interests of Serbia and its people.
“They wished to have opponents who are easy to defeat, therefore in a certain way I am honored by such statement,” Vucic added.
