Quoting sources, Klan Kosova reported that the successor to Federica Mogherini as the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy could be the German official, Helga Schmidt. Schmidt currently holds a senior post with the EU External Action Service and has visited Kosovo twice in the last eighteen months.
