Welcome to the HRAP Annual reports page.
The Panel's Annual Reports (the Reports) provide general information on the composition of the Panel and its Secretariat, policies and procedures applied, the caseload and the activities of the Panel and its Secretariat, as well as other relevant statistical and regulatory information. In the substantive part the Reports provide overview of the Panel's jurisprudence during the period under review. The overview covers important opinions and decisions adopted by the Panel, both on the issues of admissibility and the merits of the complaints. In addition, the Reports highlight issues related to the recommendations of the Panel, and the response of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General to relevant recommendations.
