Collaku: Two more criteria remain to be fulfilled (Lajmi)

Kosovo’s Minister for European integration, Bekim Collaku, said today that Kosovo has fulfilled six of the remaining eight criteria for visa liberalization. According to Collaku, the unmet criteria are the ratification of the agreement on border-demarcation with Montenegro and premises for the office of the Ombudsperson. “Regarding the offices for the Ombudsperson, we expect both sides to be reasonable and to not pressure eachother,” Collaku said, referring to the Constitutional Court which is refusing to free the premises for the Ombudsperson as foreseen by the government. Meanwhile, in terms of border-demarcation with Montenegro, Collaku said this issue is not an obstacle for obtaining visa liberalization recommendation.
