Mustafa: Dialogue with Serbia, a difficult process (media)

Several media cover an interview that Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa gave to Dnevni Abaz, highlighting his remarks that the process of normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina is quite difficult. “It is a very difficult process. Serbia’s is interfering greatly in Kosovo’s internal arrangements, especially in the northern part of the country. We want to integrate Serbs in all our institutions. There are parallel structures operating in Kosovo with Serbia’s backing. We see no reason whatsoever why this should continue,” he said. Mustafa said Kosovo wants to normalize relations with Serbia. “As far as recognition is concerned, this is a political process. This does not prevent us from cooperating. We have reached several agreements and we need to implement them”.
