Avdullah Hoti, candidate for prime minister from the LDK-AKR-Alternativa coalition said the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) would not block the forming of the new government of Kosovo and called on the Central Election Commission to be more efficient in finalizing the electoral process.

In a Facebook post, Hoti said the LDK would respect the right of PAN coalition to try to form the government as being the largest parliamentary group but “not an election winner”. “If it fails, our coalition will use the constitutional right to offer the country a pro-European and professional government”, he added.
