Office for KiM condemns attack on Health House in Novake village (Radio kontakt plus, RTS)
Unknown perpetrators attacked last night Health House in the village of Novake, Prizren municipality, causing material damage, Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija announced.
During the attack, windows of the Health House were broken. Police conducted investigation, while the perpetrators remain unknown.
This is yet another in a series of attacks against Serb properties and that of the Republic of Serbia within a short time frame, the Office for Kosovo and Metohija said in a statement. It added, the attack caused disturbance among inhabitants in the village.
“The Office for Kosovo and Metohija urges both institutions in Pristina to finally start creating a social environment, where ethnically motivated crimes would be part of an ugly past, and international organizations on the ground to stop turning a blind eye and realize the severity of the problem.”
The Office also in the strongest terms condemned despicable and inhumane attack against health institution and urged Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, not to be intimidated by such, obviously planned attacks, the press statement said.
