Coordinator of the team for the establishment of the Community / Association of Serbian Municipalities (ZSO), Ljubomir Maric, said that the decision of the Kosovo Constitutional Court to suspend part of the Brussels agreement related to the ZSO is a bad message.

"The Constitutional Court brought decision on suspension only one day after UNESCO’s decision not to admit Kosovo. This interim measure will further complicate the Brussels process," said Maric, who is also Minister of Local Self-Government in Kosovo's government. Maric added that he heard that international community requested from Pristina to implement the agreement, but according to the activities it does not look so.
