Djurić: Nobody will abolish the Serbian institutions in the province (TV Most)
Director of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric said that Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija should be sure that no one will abolish Serbian institutions in the province, and that it certainly will not do provincial Minister for dialogue Edita Tahiri. The first Brussels Agreement and the principles for the establishment of the Association / Community of Serb Municipalities (A/CSM) do not stipulate that the condition for the implementation of the agreements is abolishing of the institutions of the Republic of Serbia, which Tahiri called parallel structures, said Djuric adding that all documents are publicly available.
Reacting to the statement of Edita Tahiri that "with non-implementation of the Brussels agreement Belgrade slows down the beginning of the work on dissolving a parallel structures in Kosovo and that it would affect the work on drafting the Statute of the A/CSM," Ðurić stressed that Pristina officials in public statements often subsequently add contents in the Brussels arrangement, which in reality do not exist. "The statement of Mrs. Tahiri is another example of this practice. The institutions of Serbia in Kosovo, which do not include only 29 temporary municipal authorities, but also the health and education system in Serbian areas, were never a topic of the Brussels dialogue," said Djuric.
