Serbs do not to vote for "armed forces" (Večernje Novosti)

“The process of forming the Kosovo's Armed Forces could happen only in case the Constitution of Kosovo will be changed. Serbs should not and would not support such a decision, since that would be a one-way trip for our nation and state. By voting for "Army of Kosovo" we would spit on the graves of soldiers and policemen murdered in Kosovo.”

With these words Aleksandar Jablanović, founder of the Serbian List and former Minister of Returns in the Kosovo government, responded to increasingly frequent requests of Albanian politicians to the Serbs in Kosovo institutions, to support the formation of the Kosovo's Armed Forces. Jablanović also pointed out that according to the UNSC Resolution 1244 which is in power in Kosovo, the only armed force is the KFOR with the possibility of the return of the Serbian Army members.
