Vucic: ''Do you think that the KiM issue can be resolved without great powers?" (Serbian media)
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic says that Serbia is working on continuation of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina in the same format, under the auspices of the EU, but this problem cannot be solved without great powers, reports Belgrade based daily Blic.
Responding to a question from journalists after the opening of the Lidl Logistics Center in Nova Pazova on the announcement of the Russian ambassador in Serbia that Moscow's involvement in dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina is possible , Vucic says that Serbia is negotiating under the auspices of the EU.
"We are negotiating under the auspices of the EU. As for us, in the same format, but if anybody thinks that something so important can be done, without the involvement of the US and Russia, it is not realistic," Vucic says, reports the daily.
According to Vucic, if the US participates in that dialogue, then Russia must also.
"We are ready to continue the talks, but for great solutions, solutions that should mark our future with peace and compromise, for that you have to have the EU, but also the great powers the United States, Russia and China," Vucic says. He adds that he had already spoken about all this with Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as with Russian Ambassador Chepurin and US Ambassador to Serbia Kyle Scott.
