Kuçi: Special status and division are not the topics of the dialogue (Koha Ditore) Kosovo Government has rejected the possibility of the north of Kosovo receiving a special status during “the crucial weeks of the dialogue”, a description given by the EU High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Catherine Ashton for the meetings of Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi and Prime Minister of Serbia Ivica Dacic. Deputy Prime Minister Hajredin Kuçi has removed the dilemma of Pristina accepting something like that.
