President of Kosovo Atifete Jahjaga stated that institutions of Kosovo should establish as soon as possible, based on Kosovo’s Constitution and the Laws.

“Establishment of the institutions will guarantee democratic functioning of the state and will also show capability to manage crisis and readiness to find solution on our own.” Jahjaga said that guaranteeing democratic functioning of institutions does not mean imposing of solutions by another institution let alone interference to install anti-constitutional practices in Kosovo. According to her, the solution should be found among those who received the vote of the population and who are responsible to their voters. Jahjaga made these statements during the Consultative Meeting of Communities.
