Kosovo Special Prosecution has confirmed for Radio Kosova that there are also 56 other persons suspected to be involved in terrorism and organizing to go and fight in Syria and Iraq. In this figure are not included 100 persons that are supposed to be fighting in Syria and Iraq.

So far it is known that in the Prosecution files 96 persons are suspected for involvement in groups who are organizing people to go and fight in Syria. Spokesperson of Prosecution, Liridona Kozmaqi said that presently the number of people under investigations is around one hundred persons. “Until June 2014 we had 13 cases with 36 people, for 34 persons are filed under investigation while for two others have been raised charges. This does not have to do with 40 persons arrested lately, while 64 persons were planned to be arrested,” said Kozmaqi for Radio Kosova.
