Zoran Vukotic (45) has been arrested by Montenegrin authorities in the city of Niksic on an Interpol arrest warrant issued by UNMIK. Vukotic is being accused of killing three Albanian civilians in 1999 in the town of Vushtrri/Vucitrn.
