Mustafa: EP supports Kosovo’s integration processes (RTKlive)

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, met the European Parliament Member, and Rapporteur for Kosovo, Urlike Lunacek, during his visit to Brussels.

Mustafa together with Kosovo’s Minister for Integration, Bekim Collaku, have begun official meetings with the EU officials. A few moments ago, PM Mustafa ended his meeting with the European Parliament MP, Urlike Lunacek. They discussed EU integration of Kosovo and the process of visa liberalization.

PM Mustafa stressed that all the criteria and recommendations for liberalization of visas are already fulfilled, therefore, according to him, it is time for Kosovo citizens to move freely within the Schengen zone, just as other citizens of the region.

Lunacek on the other hand stressed her further support for Kosovo, and valued the processes in Kosovo.

PM Mustafa will meet today also with the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, EU High Commissioner for Foreign Policies and Security Policies/EC Deputy President, Frederica Mogherini, as well as with the President of the European People’s Parties (EPP), Joseph Daul.
