Çollaku: We will overcome challenges that impede EU integration (Insajderi)
Kosovo’s Minister for European Integration said that he expects Kosovo’s integration in the European Union this year, despite the challenges faced recently.
Çollaku made this statement during his first meeting with new head of the European Union Office in Kosovo, Nataliya Apostolova. He also stressed that the EU should continue with procedures on visa liberalisation make a positive decision on Kosovo.
He further informed on his Facebook account that he has expressed to Apostolova determination of the institutions to continue cooperation with the EU Office on advancing Kosovo’s European agenda. “The European agenda is a long-term vision and we should not allow time to time challenges discourage us. We will overcome these challenges because the future of our country is in the European Union, because this is the vision of all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo,” Çollaku wrote.
