Accusations against Kosovo’s Chief Prosecutor, Aleksander Lumezi for allegedly forging the bar examination, turned out to be untrue. The Basic Court in Pristina under monitoring of the EU’s Mission for the Rule of Law, EULEX, concluded investigation which resulted that Lumezi had not forged his exam.

The EULEX Office for media told Lajmi.net that they are pleased with the conclusion of investigation. “EULEX prosecutor is pleased that the investigation of the claims on Kosovo Chief Prosecutor’s bar examination, was commenced in a professional and unbiased manner. EULEX Prosecutor considers that Kosovo Police investigators and Kosovo’s Prosecution have concluded an independent and unbiased investigation,” is written on EULEX’s response.
