Hoti: Abrogation of the Special Court returns 1244 (Insajderi, Lajm)
Head of the parliamentary group of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Avdullah Hoti, said that sending the initiative for the abrogation of the Special Court to the government, happened without the presence of the representatives of his political party at the Assembly presidency meeting.
According to him, such decision was made with the help of the Serbian List. He added that the position of the LDK on abrogation of the Special Court remains the same.
“The law on specialist chambers has entered the procedure of taking the opinion of the government, without LDK’s presence. There is no other explanation but that it is in interest of the enemies of Kosovo to isolate Kosovo and return Resolution 1244,” Hoti said.
He added that after so many efforts to make the decision makers aware, prolonging the matter does not make any sense.
The Democratic League of Kosovo left the meeting of Assembly Presidency today when the discussions for the specialist chambers started.
