The EU-funded project “Reintegration of domestic violence victims” will present today the manual called “From violence to empowerment” which will provide a guideline to the safe houses for victims of domestic violence and providers of public services.

The project is being implemented by Reggio Terzo Mondo and the Kosovo Shelter Coalition and is funded by the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR).

The project is aimed at supporting NGO women shelters in empowering victims of domestic violence and in providing services for their reintegration in partnership with central and local authorities.
