Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, Memli Krasniqi, met on Monday with representatives of "Women of Krusha" association, with whom he discussed the development projects of the Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development for 2015. Krasniqi informed them for the criteria foreseen in the call for applications for investment grants for all women farmers. "This year in the framework of our program for agriculture and rural development, we give priority to women farmers," he said, adding that this year the program has new measures in which women in rural areas can open or develop businesses, ex. processing of agricultural products cultivated, rural tourism, handicrafts etc.
