Krasniqi: My intention was not to cause offence to women (Kosovapress)
Former Kosovo Assembly President and co-founder of Initiative for Kosovo (NISMA), Jakup Krasniqi, said in a statement that his remarks about the failures of the Kosovo delegation to which he referred to as the “women’s delegation” as it was led by dialogue minister Edita Tahiri and industry and trade minister Hykmete Bajrami, were misinterpreted by the Kosovo Women Network which condemned his statement as “absurd” and “offensive”. Krasniqi said his remarks were not intended to discriminate against women but simply to point out at the “catastrophic” results of the Kosovo delegation talks with Serbia.
