Washington D.C – During Morocco’s participation in the UN General Assembly and a few days before the Security Council’s meeting on the Western Sahara issue, Saad Eddine El Othmani, Morocco’s head of government, made a faux-pas that is likely to cause an unnecessary headache for Moroccan diplomacy.
