PM with Vucic, Kurti with Djuric (Blic)
Kosovo political analyst, Fatmir Sheholi, believes that representative of the Government of Kosovo will lead the political dialogue, and representative of the Self-determination will be at the forefront of technical dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, which will be soon continued. He rejected the ambiguity, caused by the attitude of Self-determination, that Belgrade should not participate in the dialogue, but only representatives of Kosovo Serbs, the EU and European Commission.
Recall, the agreement of post-election block provides that the dialogue with Serbia will be held "on the principles of reciprocity and mutual recognition of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the two countries," and that the technical part of the negotiations will be led by the representative of self-determination.
Sheholi emphasizes that this is a technical dialogue and that representatives of Belgrade cannot choose with whom they will negotiate. “Election of Ramush Haradinaj as PM is almost certain. I expect the government, chaired by the Haradinaj, will become operational at the end of September, or at the latest in early October,” says Sheholi.
Although the Serbian list supported opposition agreement, informally, some MPs held a meeting and reached an agreement with the PDK of Hashim Thaci.
