Attacks of Thaci and Mustafa prove that Vucic is protecting interests of Serbia (Tanjug)
Absurd accusations of Isa Mustafa and Hashim Thaci against the Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic are the best proof that he is protecting interests of Serbia, like he does in the same manner by implementing economic measures, which will result in signing an arrangement with the IMF and by leading brave policy with regards to economic reforms for which he enjoys support of the entire world, said director of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo and Meothija, Marko Djuric.
“Aleksandar Vucic and the Government of the Republic of Serbia will continue to protect property and interests of Serbia and its citizens from attacks of local politicians, such as Mustafa and Thaci, and will remain dedicated to resolving all problems in the province through the dialogue,” said Djuric to Tanjug.
Duric said that ‘nervous public statements of provincial political leadership shows that they are under huge pressure by the public, opposition, local media and international community due to the problems they caused themselves by unsuccessful, thoughtless, unilateral effort to confiscate Trepca’. “The one that loses has a right to be angry,” concluded Djuric.
Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa today accused the Serbian Prime Minister, Aleksandar Vucic, for trying to shift the economic crisis from Serbia to Kosovo through the issue of Trepca, whereas Kosovo Foreign Minister Hashim Thaci said that Trepca is the wealth of Kosovo and will not be negotiated with Serbia.
