Court trial of Oliver Ivanovic, Dragoljub Delibasic, Ilija and Nebojsa Vujacic and Aleksandar Lazovic will continue today in North Mitrovica. Ivanovic and others are charged for serious crimes committed against Albanian civilians in Kosovska Mitrovica in 1999 and 2000. Oliver Ivanovic is leader of the Civic Initiative SDP Oliver Ivanovic.

Trial will continue with the testimonies of the prosecution witnesses. EULEX earlier announced that there are 18 witnesses of prosecution in total for events that took place in 1999, whereas for events in 2000 there are 40 witnesses.

Court trial of five Serbs had officially started on 18 December 2014. According to the indictment Oliver Ivanovic is charged of  committing war crimes, leading 'bridge watchers' and inciting them to commit the war crimes.
